個人簡介：
魯昊騁，南方科技大學醫學院助理教授， 博士生導師。2014年本科畢業于北京大學醫學部臨床醫學專業，2019年于美國密西根大學獲得生理學博士學位。2019年5月至2022年4年于美國密西根大學醫學院從事博士后科研工作，2022年6月加入南方科技大學醫學院。
本課題組綜合運用人群遺傳數據，高通量測序，CRISPR篩選等方法，結合體外實驗和動物模型，研究心血管疾病的發病機制，開發新的治療靶點。

研究領域：
1. 基于GWAS和多組學數據發現心血管疾病的致病基因，結合體外實驗及動物模型研究其作用機理。
2. 利用體內RISPR篩選，挖掘巨噬細胞參與疾病發生的重要調節基因。
3. 探索新發現致病基因的轉化醫學價值，開發新的治療靶點。
