吳小虎博士2013年畢業于華南理工大學，曾在美國加州大學戴維斯分校進行博士后研究工作，于2022年6月加入南方科技大學深港微電子學院，任職研究副教授。
吳小虎博士長期從事微波毫米波雷達傳感器與電路研究工作。研究領域主要包括：微波無源電路設計理論及應用，有源陣列收發電路，微波毫米波雷達傳感器及其在非接觸式生命體征的探測和辨識技術，在智能家居、智慧醫療、居家養老等有廣泛應用。已在國際學術期刊和會議上發表論文40余篇，申請專利10余項。
