唐建波,南方科技大學生物醫學工程系助理教授,博士生導師,先后在哈爾濱工業大學獲得學士、碩士學位,美國佛羅里達大學獲得生物醫學工程博士學位,并在哈佛大學醫學院和波士頓大學完成博士后研究,獲得美國NIH K99/R00 Pathway to Independence Award項目資助(One million USD)。研究方向包括光學及超聲成像技術的開發及其在基礎生命科學病理研究和臨床疾病診斷中的轉化應用,以及高強度超聲治療機理的探索和治療方法的開發。課題組與美國波士頓大學、哈佛醫學院、布朗大學,丹麥哥本哈根大學,以及土耳其哈切特佩大學研究團隊建立有長期深度合作關系。
