王莉莉博士，IEEE Senior Member，于2024年5月加入南科大，任副教授一職，獨立PI，博士生導師；其先后于2011年和2014年在浙江大學分別獲得工科學士學位和碩士學位，于2020年12月在美國耶魯大學獲得工程與應用科學博士學位。曾任職于普渡大學，持有Lillian Gilbreth博后獎學金。曾獲得2023CPS Rising Star，耶魯大學Henry Prentiss Becton研究生獎，中國控制與決策會議（CCDC）張嗣瀛優秀論文獎等獎項。多項研究成果已在控制領域頂級期刊以及頂級會議，如TAC、Automatica、IEEE TCYB、SCL等期刊；CDC，ACC等會議。目前，正在組建COL-LABORATORY，一個基于控制、最優、學習的面向智能傳感網絡的控制系統研究團隊。
