Personal Profile
Dr. Song received her Ph.D degree from Sun Yat-Sen University in 2018. In 2018 she became a Research Associate at Shenzhen University and then joined the Southern University of Science and Technology in 2021. She focuses on unveiling the molecular mechanisms of occurrence, metastasis and drug resistance in multiple cancer types. Her research was supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China, Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province, the Young Innovative Talents Project of General Colleges and Universities in Guangdong Province, and the SZU Medical Young Scientists Program and the SZU Top Ranking Project. Her research has been published in various journals, including Theranostics (2018, 2019), Journal of Pathology (2016), Cell Death & Disease (2019, 2021), etc.
