Xiaoshuai Fan joined the College of Business in 2020 and is currently an associate professor at Southern University of Science and Technology. She got her Ph.D. degree in Operations Research from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Her main research areas are mechanism design and auction theory, behavioral operation management, sustainable operation management, supply chain management, and innovation management. She has published many papers in top management and well-known international journals including Management Science, Manufacturing & Service Operations Management，Production and Operations Management.

Research Interest
Her research interests are mechanism design and auction theory under asymmetric information, sustainable operation management (poverty problem, income difference problem, carbon emission problem), behavioral operation, supply chain management, etc.
